Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SnapQuote, a service operated by Haven Tech Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By sending a text message to a SnapQuote phone number or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SnapQuote.

1. Description of Service

SnapQuote allows you to send a contractor estimate by SMS (and optionally a logo by MMS) to a designated phone number. We use automated systems, including AI, to parse your message, generate a PDF quote, and send you a link to view or share that quote. The service is provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SnapQuote complies with all applicable laws. You do not need to create an account; use of the service is tied to the phone number you use to send messages.

3. Your Obligations

When using SnapQuote, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information — You are responsible for the accuracy of the estimate text you send. We do not verify the content you submit.
• Use the service lawfully — You will not use SnapQuote for any illegal purpose or to send fraudulent, harassing, or defamatory content.
• Obtain consent where needed — If your estimate includes personal information about other people, you represent that you have the right to provide that information to us.
• Pay carrier fees — Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use SnapQuote to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or messages that violate anti-spam or telemarketing laws. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. No Professional Advice

SnapQuote is a quoting tool only. Nothing in the service constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haven Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SnapQuote.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SnapQuote after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
